It discusses the potential for future advancements in electronic sensing technologies within the food industry, including the integration of artificial intelligence and IoT devices for more sophisticated applications. The operational principles, applications, and constraints of the sensors utilized in electronic sensors were introduced and contrasted. The paper delves into the challenges and opportunities associated with the widespread adoption of these technologies, paving the way for innovative solutions in food safety and quality assurance.
