The majority of these visitors are spiritual or religious travelers, whose expectations transcend basic service quality and delve into emotional, cultural, and devotional fulfillment. This review paper offers a comprehensive analysis of guest service satisfaction in Mathura’s hospitality sector, encompassing key dimensions such as accommodation quality, food and beverage services staff demeanor, hygiene standards, cultural and spiritual sensitivity, and the overall religious ambiance.
