Factors affecting employees job performance in banking sectors: Evidence from hanoi-based branches

Abstract

The banking sector has been evolving dramatically in Vietnamese market as the economy is moving towards international integration. Therefore, the working pressure in this service is increasingly challenging which requires the job performance to be remained at the highest level constantly. This study is conducted within the scope of Hanoi city, from employees of 3 reputable banks (TechcomBank, VietcomBank and Vietinbank) in order to give insights about factor affecting employee’s job performance. In this circumstance, the findings are that Employee satisfaction, Training procedure and Stress Management are significantly affecting the organizational employee performance. Further studies may rely on this finding to conduct deeper research on this topic.
