This study revealed that majority of dairy farmers faced the constraint of operational difficulties (97.00%), followed by high maintenance cost (96.00%), lack of offline functionality (90.00%), lack of immediate interaction for better understanding (82.00%), human element is missing (81.00%) and lack of power supply (75.00%). Specific suggestions were enlisted by few dairy farmers, in order to overcome the constraints faced in utilization of web module in dairying and also for effective utilization of e-modules. Constraints perceived by dairy farmers would facilitate the service providers and policy makers to develop suitable and sustainable strategies for effective implementation of web modules.
