Homoeopathic aprroach in the management of depression using synthesis repertory & phq-9 scale: A case study

Abstract
Background: Depression is a common affective disorder, and homoeopathic management requires understanding the individual’s mental symptoms. The Synthesis Repertory provides extensive Mind rubrics relevant to depressive states. Objective: To analyse depression-related Mind rubrics from Synthesis Repertory and correlate them with clinical assessment using the PHQ-9 scale for treating a case. Materials and Methods: A case study through Mind rubrics related to depressive states was conducted using Synthesis Repertory. A case of moderate depression was evaluated using PHQ-9 Scale and repertorial analysis.
