The agribusiness and food processing sector in Uttar Pradesh, despite its substantial agricultural output, remains underdeveloped compared to national and global standards. This study offers a comprehensive analysis of the sector's current landscape, evaluating the drivers, challenges, and opportunities within the industry for the 2024-2025 period. With a focus on government initiatives, technological advancements such as artificial intelligence (AI), and changing consumer demands, this research aims to provide actionable insights for sustainable growth. A detailed SWOT analysis highlights the strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, and threats to the sector, offering strategic recommendations to leverage the state’s agricultural strengths.
