Empowering representation: A critical analysis of the women#39;s reservation bill 2023

Abstract

The Women’s Reservation Bill, 2023, officially known as the Constitution (One Hundred and Sixth Amendment) Act, marks a pivotal development in India’s pursuit of gender equality in politics.
