Affinity of constitutional homoeopathic medicines in a case of infertility with millesimal potency

Abstract

Objective: Infertility is defined as the inability to conceive within one or more years of regular unprotected coitus. It is two types-primary infertility denotes those patients who have never conceived. Secondary infertility indicates previous pregnancy but failure to conceive subsequently. Case Summary: This is the case of couple presented with a marital life of 5yr’s came with infertility. They had undergone semen analysis & all hormonal assays of the female partner which came out to be normal. Treatment was started prospectively following homoeopathic principles &follow-up’s done in suitable intervals as about 3months. Results: Case was followed up regularly &they conceived within three months of treatment.
