International Journal of Research in Agronomy · 2024 · Vol. 7(12S) · pp. 570–573

Abstract

A field experiment was conducted during the Kharif season 2022 at the Instructional cum Research Farm of Indira Gandhi Krishi Vishwavidyalaya, Raipur (C.G.), to study the “Evaluation of Nano urea on rice productivity in a vertisol of Chhattisgarh” in Randomized Block Design using ten treatments which were replicated in three viz. (T1) Absolute control (N0P0K0), (T2) N control (N0) and 100% P & K, (T3) 75% N and 100% P & K, (T4) 100% RDF @100:60:40 kg/ha NPK, (T5) 50% N; 100% P & K + 2 spray of Nano Nitrogen (@ 2 ml/ litre), (T6) 50% N; 100% P & K + 3 spray of Nano Nitrogen (@ 2 ml/ litre), (T7) 50% N; 100% P & K + 2 spray of Nano Nitrogen (@4 ml/ litre), (T8) 50% N; 100% P & K + 3 spray of Nano Nitrogen (@4 ml/litre), (T9) 75% N; 100% P & K + 2 spray of Nano Nitrogen (@2 ml/litre), (T10) 75% N; 100% P & K + 3 spray of Nano Nitrogen (@2 ml/litre). The nano fertilizers were applied at tillering stage. Result revealed that highest nutrient uptake & use efficiency were recorded with application of 100% RDF @100:60:40 kg/ha NPK and The lowest values of these parameters were recorded under control treatment.
